GABBY DOUGLAS the New Face of Corn Flakes!

0804_gabby_douglas_getty
What do corn flakes, milk and Gabby Douglas have in common? They'll all be featured on Kelloggs cereal boxes this fall ... 'cause the Olympic champ just inked a major endorsement deal with the cereal company!

After sweeping the women's All-around gymnastics final and being the first African-American to win a gold medal in the category ... Gabby went on the "Today" show Friday and announced the major cereal deal.

The 16-year-old will be the face of Kelloggs Corn Flakes starting this fall, so every American can wake up feeling like a champ.

This is the first of many deals Gabby is likely to sign on to ... she made history with her gold medal and she's still young enough to compete in the 2016 Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ... which could mean many more deals to come.

Fun Fact: Kelloggs also tapped Michael Phelps to be on their boxes back in 2008 after he killed in in Beijing.

OCTOMOM Madonna Inspired Me to Go Topless

We can all thank Madonna for Octomom's topless album cover ... because the mother of 14 says the pop icon inspired her to bare it all for her music.

 Octo is releasing a single with reality TV star Adam Barta -- but they've changed the title of the song from "Get on the Dance Floor" to "Sexy Party."

the cover art for "Sexy Party" is 100% Madonna inspired. We're told the pop singer's "Like a Virgin" style and need to sing about liberation struck a chord with Octo and she wanted to pay homage to that with her album art.

the crosses in the background, the rosary and even Octo baring her boobies (sans nipples) was all in honor of Madge.

Just in case you forgot, the single drops September 4... so there's still plenty of time to uninstall iTune

Obama’s Celebrates 51st birthday

OBAMA IMMIGRATION POLICY
Meanwhile the president enjoys his big day in private today, more public celebrations are on tap for next weekend. The president host an Aug.12 fundraiser at his house in Chicago. That plan has drawn catcalls from Republicans;
Obama cited today’s milestone during a Thursday speech in Florida, saying that “I’m going to be 51 on Saturday … 51. But Michelle says I look 50. … So that’s not bad.” The crowd serenaded Obama with a rendition of “Happy Birthday.” The president responded:
“Thank you … Now, if I had known you guys were going to sing, we would have had a cake. And then I would have blown out the candle, I would have made a wish that probably would have had to do with electoral votes. … A win in Florida wouldn’t be a bad birthday present.”

Bizarre News of the Day: Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Sued as Terrorists

But that’s not what Jonathan Lee Riches thinks. The man who loves to file lawsuits (he has filed more than 5,000 lawsuits in the past eight years) just filed his latest suit against rapper Kanye West and his new girlfriend, TV personality Kim Kardashian. In the lawsuit, Riches claims that aside from Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, her stepfather, Bruce Jenner, and her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, are also “terrorists.” He wrote in the lawsuit:If you think Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have broken some fashion laws, you could be right, considering all the fur they’ve been wearing to prominent events and fashion mishaps like Kanye’s unzipped jeans, etc. However, believing that they are really criminals with affiliations to the high-profile terrorist group Al-Qaeda might be a little far-fetched.
“On 6/17/2012, I was in West Virginia, deep in the hills, and I stumbled upon the defendants who were all at an Al-Qaeda secret training camp.”
Among the allegations listed in the lawsuit, Riches claims the Kardashians and West pledged allegiance to Al-Qaeda, burned American flags, and stomped on Barack Obama’s picture. The lawsuit also claims that Kanye West is the new leader of a Chicago gang called The El-Rukns.
If it’s simply too much to take in, we think you should also know that Riches has received a title from the Guinness Book of World Records as “The World’s Most Litigious Man.” Go figure.
Any thoughts?

Amazing: Khloe Kardashian To Host ‘X-Factor’

The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star is one of the celebrities being considered as a possible host for season two of the reality competition series.Khloé Kardashian would ”have so much fun” hosting ‘The X Factor’ USA.
She told website E! Online: ”I’m a big fan of ‘The X Factor’. I’ve always wanted to do hosting or talk show hosting, so it’s definitely something that I would love to do and would be honoured to do.
”To be on such a huge show like that with those judges, I would have so much fun doing that.”
Khloé says she knows she could take on the show’s boss Simon Cowell.
She continued: ”I love Simon. I think he’s amazing. I love personalities like that because I’m someone who is very straightforward and I tell it like it is. That’s what he’s doing. He just doesn’t want to blow smoke up people’s asses.”
Ashley Roberts is in the running to host the singing show.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer had auditioned for producers on the show and will meet with executives at Fox this week to discuss the possibility of her presenting the talent contest after Steve Jones was fired after the first series.
Other stars previously thought to be in the running for the job included Stacy Keibler and Kelly Osbourne.

How To Successfully Find True Love Online

If you are ready to start dating what is the first thing you think about?
Well for most singles it is on-line dating. It is relatively easy to do, after all you can begin dating right from your own living room! Each day you receive new potential partners delivered to your inbox right at your fingertips and you have your choice of many great sites to help you find the person who is right for you.
If so many singles have tried on line dating- how successful is it for finding true love?
Here are the facts. There are 54 million singles in the United States and 40 million of those singles have tried on line dating. That is a pretty significant number. Recently, Match.com did a survey of people who married in the past three years and 17% of them met their partners online. So obviously online dating is great place to meet other singles looking for love. So it is true, internet dating is a great way to meet your true love- the statistics don’t lie!.
So what does it take to be successful on-line?
Well for one, you must have right attitude. Why? Because, if you choose to try online dating there’s a chance you just may have the following experiences:
• Meet people with poor dating skills who will approach you in ways you find totally unattractive;
• Get excited over a someone you like only to have him disappear without a word;
• If courageous enough, (and you should be, actually you MUST be) to wink and/or email someone you find attractive he will not respond;
• Encounter a nightmare match who argues with you or lashes out at you when you indicate you are not interested.
So if all this could happen why in the world would you want to internet date?
Because as you now know, 17% of marriages met online and because 40 million of the 54 million singles have been online.
To be successful at internet dating you just have to develop a “thick skin” and perseverance.
Many of my clients say “finding true love should be easier than this!”. Why should it be? In the words of William Jennings Bryan, “Destiny is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for; it is a thing to be achieved”.
And it is YOUR choice to decide if you are going to let any of this stuff get in the way of finding your true love.
In Don Miguel Ruiz’s book the Four Agreements the second agreement is Don’t Take Anything Personally. It says “nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. “When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.”
Sounds hard? Maybe so but it’s actually just a choice.
One of my clients was online when she was received numerous emails from a man she did not find attractive. After ignoring several emails she finally said she was not interested. He emailed her back and was rather nasty, called her superficial and said if he was tall dark and handsome she would be interested. She was very upset about this interaction. In fact she lost sleep at night.
But really what was the point. This was obviously his problem and had nothing to do with her. In fact, she did not even KNOW him!
When you don’t take things personally, you don’t have to suffer.
One of the biggest reasons I see online dating fail is because you have a few bad experiences, take it personally and give up after just a month or two.
And what happens when you persevere?
After his divorce was final, Michael was online for a year before he met Sharon. He told me he went out with many women and even got into some short term relationships but no one was a good fit. Although he often felt discouraged when each new woman turned out NOT to be the one, he kept trying. He expanded his search criteria and met Sharon who lived in Arizona. Turns out she was coming to California for a visit and they ended up meeting. He told me he immediately fell in love with her smile. Since then she has relocated to Southern California and they are planning their wedding. He was so glad he persevered. He realized now that all that dating was just practice for her.
So go online! Give it a try! Practice not taking things personally! What do you have to lose?
Think about this, if 17% of marriages are the result of online dating, imagine your internet dating success with the right attitude and the skills to make it work it for you!

Denied Studies,Girl Kills Herself

SUICIDE
AIPUR/BIKANER: An 18-year old academically promising girl jumped before a running train in Hanumangarh’s Bhadara area on Friday morning, leaving a suicide note questioning conservative India’s resistance to allowing girls the opportunity to higher education.
In her note, Puja Kumawat wrote she was dejected that she couldn’t pursue her dream of clearing IIT and AIEEE despite securing 84% marks in the senior secondary examination because of discrimination in her family against girls pursuing higher education.
When TOI spoke to Puja’s family members, they said that they could not send her to a big city to prepare for IIT because, once there, she would have to fend for herself. They said their insecurities surrounding their daughter in an alien place made them stonewall her pleas for higher education in a place of her choice.
Puja had to enroll for a bachelor’s degree from a private college near her home in Bhojasar village, which sent her into a depression.
“Her family members admitted her to Shyam College in Bhadara five days ago. She was a first year BSc student,” said Mahendra Kumar, a lecturer at the college.
Police said Puja left her house for the college around 7.30am, where she approached her lecturers requesting leave saying her grandfather was unwell and she needed to see him.
“She reached Bhadara junction, some 2km from the college, and jumped before a train around 10am. A police team was rushed to the spot where it recovered a few books and a handwritten note explaining why she was killing herself,” said Bhadara police station in-charge Bhagala Ram.
The note states,
“Hamesha ladkon ko hi opportunity kyo milti hai? Mai ladki hu isliye mujhe mauka nahi mila? Zindagi ke sapne purey na ho toh, zindagi ka kya fayda? B.Sc meri majboori hai. Bad luck. Apni marzi se jaan de rahi hu (why do only boys get all the opportunities? I am a girl, so I did not get the opportunity. When dreams are unfulfilled, there’s no point to life. BSc is my compulsion. I am taking my life of my will).”
Her father Prithvi Singh Kumawat, who is a milk supplier, wept saying,
“Puja was a very bright student. She kept saying she wanted to pursue IIT. We could not send her to a big city as you know the circumstances there. A girl living alone in a big city is dangerous.”
