Nigerian queen, Joyce Chidebe, shines at Miss Ecowas 2012 pageant


Joyce Ngozi Chidebe of Nigeria came third at the Miss ECOWAS 2012 pageant which held yesterday Dec 1st at the Ivoire hotel in Abidjan. Mariam Diallo (C) of Guinea won, while Jirzah Ellen Evora (L) of Cape Verde was first runner-up ....
