Shocking: Japanese man Mao Sugiyama cooks and serves his genitals to customers
This is probably one of the craziest stories we’ve heard this year.Police in Japan are questioning a man who fed his private parts to a group of diners.
Mao Sugiyama, 22, had his penis and testicles surgically removed and frozen in March. He had planned on eating his own penis but opted instead to cook it for others.
So a month later the he defrosted it and cooked it up in public – serving it to customers at N40, 000 (£160) a time.Police in Tokyo didn’t get involved in the incident in the beginning because they thought he didn’t commit any crime, but now that the public who heard about it are outraged the police have gotten involved.

A very Rough night for Paris Hilton ... According to tmz the heiress got banged up last night when she was caught in the middle of a paparazzi fight inside a Hollywood parking structure.
Hilton was leaving the new Bootsy Bellows nightclub on Sunset Blvd. with her old pal Brandon Davis and some other friends ... when a man in their group tried to pry a photog's camera out of his hands. An eyewitness tells us the photog tried to hit the dude with his camera.
During the struggle, Hilton -- wearing a tiny blue dress -- was knocked into a wall. She appeared to be OK ... and eventually left the parking structure.
Police were not called to the scene.
After the skirmish, the photog claims someone in Hilton's group took his camera and his jacket. He didn't say if he plans to follow up with police.

R. KELLY Cancels Event Over 'HEALTH EMERGENCY'
According to tmz R.Kelly people tell us ... "Initial indications are that he is suffering from complications from surgery he had last year to treat an abscess on his vocal cords."
Besides the book launch party ... Kelly has also had to bail on the "Jimmy Fallon Show" and canceled an appearance on NBC's "Today" show.

EXCLUSIVE: Crises Rock Sisi Eko Pageant...Queen Drags Organisers To Court Over Unpaid Prizes:
According to nigeria films.com hear this In less than two weeks, there have been two reported scandals about Nigeria's two leading beauty shows; Miss Nigeria organised by Daily Times Nigeria and Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) by Silverbird Group.
In the case of MBGN, its 2012 winner, Ayuk Isabella was disqualified from contesting in the Miss World contest for age-cheat allegation. For Miss Nigeria, its Creative Director, Nike Oshinowo was dropped and replaced with Elohor Aisien few days ago.
Now, the organiser of Sisi Eko beauty pageant, Mrs Tonia Martins is in a big mess over unpaid prizes promised the winner of the beauty event, Yinka Adewale.
On Saturday, December 17, 2011, Yinka, a 19-year old UNILAG undergraduate of English Language, emerged the winner of the maiden edition of Sisi Eko beauty contest.
To her, she immediately felt relieved as she thought she would then become a car owner, N200,000 richer and have a year modelling contract to herself as Tonia's Sisi Eko beauty pageant promised the pageant winner.
But alas! six months after the event, she has not gotten any of her prizes.
According to what was exclusively revealed to Nigeriafilms.com, Yinka has made efforts to get her prizes from Tonia but she has always been given different excuses.
We were reliably told that Tonia once threatened to dethrone Yinka as the beauty queen when she became persistent of getting what she won as Miss Sisi Eko 2011.
A source close to Yinka exclusively told Nigeriafilms.com that Yinka pays for her own wears, hairdo, cab hire which the organisers should have provided the beauty queen in her capacity as one.
We were further told that Tonia once granted an interview to a fashion blogger, Joseph Odiga, where she claimed Yinka has been given her car and other prizes won as promised the winner of the contest.
Nigeriafilms.com learnt that the first and second runners-up were promised to get a plasma TV with N100,000 and a refrigerator with N50,000 respectively as their prizes.
But the runners-up, Oma and Tosin only got a 'hunch back' 21 inches TV and a refrigerator respectively without the cash prizes attached to what they were promised by Tonia.
A twist to the story is that Tonia has started making adverts for the second edition of the beauty show.
Investigation by Nigeriafilms.com reveals that Tonia promised the winner of the 2012 edition of Sisi Eko a trip to the United Kingdom along with other prizes.
Already, she has asked intending contestants to pay the sum of N5000 into a bank account with auditions coming up in August and October.
Meanwhile, the beauty queen, Yinka has dragged Tonia to court. Her lawyer, Festus Keyamo has written to Tonia notifying her of Yinka's intention to take her to the courts if she does not pay her what she won.
She was given seven days to pay Yinka her prizes won or face a lawsuit. Nigeriafilms.com was able to get a copy of the notice served Tonia.
Effort made by Nigeriafilms.com to contact Tonia Martins to get her side of the story was abortive as she could not be reached as at press time.

RANDY JACKSON Emotional Visit to MJ's Tomb
An emotional Randy Jackson commemorated the three year anniversary of the death of his younger brother Michael Jackson by visiting Forest Lawn cemetery in Los Angeles on Monday.Randy paid his respects and also posed for pics with MJ fans -- including a King of Pop impersonator -- who had come to Michael's final resting place.
As we previously reported, a group of MJ fans raised roughly $30K to decorate Jackson's tomb with 10,000 roses to honor the fallen pop superstar. Michael Jackson died on June 25th, 2009.

SOULJA BOY Bentley Messed Up in Hollywood Car Accident
Soulja Boy got into a car accident in his gleaming red Bentley moments ago in Hollywood ... and according to TMZ has pics of the aftermath.
TMZ spoke with the other driver involved, who tells us, Soulja crossed into her lane and smashed into her while she was waiting for the light to change.
People close to Soulja say the rapper wasn't even driving -- his bodyguard was. They say the other driver ran a red light and hit him.
So far, it's unclear who's really at fault. Police are currently on the scene with a tow truck, which is loading up Soulja's ride.
There were no serious injuries.

It was a bad hair day in Texas when a man was beaten and robbed after trying to take a picture of a stranger who had a wild triple-mohawk haircut according to AOL news report.
A man in Austin snapping photos of "anything that was remotely interesting or unusual" told police that he ran into trouble when he turned his camera on the stylized hairdo of Johnathan Washburn, 23, last week, the Austin American-Statesman reported.
Johnathan Washburn, 23, allegedly hit a man on the head with a skateboard after he took a picture of his bizarre triple-mohawk hairstyle -- landing him in police custody.
the unique hairstyle is a combination of a punk rocker's traditional mohawk mixed with the notorious tufts worn by Flock of Seagulls frontman Mike Score.
Washburn's companion, Timothy Beard, 19, ordered the photographer to delete the picture of Washburn's one-of-a-kind hairstyle, according to an affidavit. But the shutterbug refused to erase the photo of Washburn's three-pronged blond-and-brown Mohawk.

A graphic account of how General Andrew Owoye Azazi (rtd) was removed on Friday as National Security Adviser by President Goodluck Jonathan has emerged.
Inside sources at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, who gave the chilling description of how Azazi’s stay at the helm of the nation’s security apparatchik ended, said it all began moments after the President returned from Brazil.
When he came back after attending the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, the President immediately summoned a meeting of the National Security Council and National Defence Council with Azazi in attendance.
According to sources, after the meeting he invited Azazi to his office and told him there was no need for him to go back to his office as he was being replaced.
Azazi was stunned to the marrow. Still in bewilderment, the former NSA then sent for his aides to help retrieve his personal effects from the office.
The President had sacked the NSA and Defence Minister Bello Haliru Mohammed. Azazi has been replaced by Colonel Sambo Dasuki, who once served as aide de camp to former military president, General Ibrahim Babangida (rtd). The replacement for Mohammed is yet to be named for screening by the Senate.
Announcing the shake-up, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati, had said: "The NSA has been dropped; Sambo Dasuki has been announced as his replacement. The minister of defence has also been dropped," Abati had said.
In the meantime, retired military and security chiefs are moving to back Dasuki, a scion of the Sokoto caliphate, in the new assignment.
The officers are said to be resolved to provide a bulwark behind Dasuki to rein in the Boko Haram menace and find a permanent solution to the growing insecurity in parts of the North.

The President’s action is aimed at curtailing the violence and insecurity in the country.“PDP as a political party has complete faith in the ability and competence of President Jonathan to handle affairs of Nigeria as a country at this critical time,” Metuh said, while appealing to Nigerians to give maximum support to the administration, saying, “God has given Nigeria a humble and humane leadership to administer affairs of the country.”The PDP spokesman said the security challenges in Nigeria could have created a dictator, were another person to be in charge of affairs of Nigeria.
“This situation could have created a monster and dictatorship in another person in Nigeria in the management of the present security challenges,” Metuh said.
