It was kept private until all the deals were made final.

Ringier announces partnership between Pulse and Dealdey

 The acquisition of the e-commerce platform was announced on March 23, 2016 by Ringier Africa Deals Group, a newly -­ founded joint venture between Swiss-owned Ringier Africa and South Africa's Silvertree Internet Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

The partnership aims to bring together both companies clients, business executives and other merchants together for the purpose of networking and forging better business relationships.

With the new partnership, both companies will look to creatie new business relationships, maintain old ones, and generally feed off each other as a means of solidifying each other's positions in their respective vertical.

DealDey, which is an online deals platform, was launched in 2011 by serial entrepreneur Sim Shagaya together with Investment AB Kinnevik.

Gov.'s wife visits ex-council boss' widow

The Lagos state first lady visited Adepitan's widow and family at the family's home situated on Alfred Garden Estate, Olusosun, Lagos, on Friday, April 22, 2016.

Mrs. Ambode also took out time to console the daughter of ex-council boss, Kanyisola Adepitan and her mother.

Olatunde Babatunde Adepitan was reported dead after suffering from kidney failure on Wednesday, April 20, 2016.
