Rapper Nicki Minaj cleaned up nicely for the TCA Fox All-Star Party. For the special event, she wore a skin clad lace cut-out dress, and a pair of $1,395 Christian Louboutin Zoulou Leather Platform Sandals. Her hair and makeup were also kept simple, with just a pop of her signature pink lip for a dose of color.
This is a very toned down look for Nicki, this is definitely a "WOW" moment!
