He can be best described as a dose of fresh air. BRAIN is offering something quite different from the stereotype sounds that have been paraded all over the Nigerian musical landscape. A fierce lyricist and wordsmith whose comical, witty and idiomatic rhymes who make rapping looks like a piece-of-cake is bringing brand new music to the table.
BRAIN is putting finishing touches to his début single “So Crazy”, a blend of Afrobeat, Jazz mixed with Hip-hop. According to Biodun Caston-Dada, CEO of MAGiKAL Entertainment (whose outfit also house the rap diva, CocoIce and skillful video director, Mattmax), “BRAIN is a highly talented young man and we are so proud to be working with him on his project. In few weeks’ times, Nigerians will be opportune to listen to something new and true hip-hop just like we've had it with true hip-hip heads like Mode 9, Ill Blizz, MI, Vector, Ice Prince among many others. BRAIN will be
dropping his début single “So Crazy” and will follow up with the song’s video will be shot by highly creative video director, Mattmax”, he stated. He spoke further, “what differentiate BRAIN from other rappers is his infectious hooks and choruses; witty and comical rhymes and of course the dude is a word-smith We strongly believe he will be making a huge impact on both the local and international scenes when his works finally hit the airwaves”.
BRAIN, also known as “Mr. Hurricane”, and at times he’s called "Mr. Make It Rain". This maestro who is currently a final year student of OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY first teamed up with a musical group called V5 getting so much musical experience from FRENZY who was one of the producers they worked with making a masterpiece off songs like "Put Your Back In It", "Won Ma Sa Lo" and the rest is history, but all of these he left behind, deciding to go solo, putting pen on paper, songs in speakers, doing sound blazing and hit banging songs among which is his forth-coming début single "So Crazy”.
BRAIN’s baby face and cute looks endeared him to the female folks just like bees to honey.
Be on the lookout for the next big thing in the Nigerian music industry.
