Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr took to the runway at the Hordern Pavilion at Sydney’s Entertainment quarter for the unveiling of the new Qantas uniforms this morning April 16, 2013 Sydney time.
Miranda is the airline ambassador and was joined by Qantas staffers decked out in the new kit to model the looks in front of guests including Cate Blachett and Qantas CEO Alan Joyce.
Dress: The new uniform was designed by Australian designer Martin Grant and consists of a red, hot pink, and navy color diagonal palette.
As with these sorts of things not everyone agrees to the management line that the uniform is ‘fresh, modern and bold’.
Christian Louboutin famous red soles compliment the red stripe.
Expect to see Qantas employees wearing the new kit by 2014.
