Naija NEU Awards 2013 took place in Madrid, Spain days ago with Artistes from several African countries based in Europe converging to celebrate the best of Africa music. The NEY Awards is supported by the coalition of Nigerian DJs in Europe an one of the highlights of the Night was the emerging star, D-Large's win. The rising Hip-hop artiste and label honcho won the category for best Hip hop artiste of the year. Other winners are DJ Untee and Precious Omoregbe for Best DJ and Best Model of the year respectively.
During the course of the year, D-Large has teamed up with best and emerging Nigerian stars from Durella, YQ, Konga to Sarkodie.
D-Large's hardwork is definitely paying off, The artiste is readying the release of his collaboration with Ghanaian frontline rapper, Sarkodie - it would be released in a matter of weeks.
