To achieve the sculpted shape Jennifer Aniston shows off in her upcoming stripper flick, it’s time to embrace “yogalosophy.”
The new fat-burning workout, coined by the svelte star's longtime friend and personal yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, amps up the laidback practice with cardio and toning exercises.
"[Yogalosophy] pairs a traditional yoga pose with a toner, so it's like a yoga workout," Ingber told the Daily News. "I incorporate cardio as well as other modalities, daily playlists, recipes, journal questions."

The fitness fanatic helped Aniston get in shape for upcoming film, “We’re the Millers,” in which the actress plays a kind-hearted exotic dancer who pretends to be married to co-star Jason Sudeikis to disguise a drug run across the Mexican border.
In a platinum blond wig and lacy lingerie, Aniston leaves little to the imagination in the racy scenes — so pre-filming workouts were key.
Ingber and the 44-year-old actress reportedly practice yogalosophy about three times per week. The secret to Jennifer Aniston’s toned shape might be in yogalosophy. The secret to Jennifer Aniston’s toned shape might be in yogalosophy.
But it’s not just the workouts that keep Aniston in tip-top shape — it’s developing a new attitude about healthy eating and lifestyle, Ingber said.
"It's a positive message of loving your body into shape instead of beating yourself up," she explained.
Actresses Kate Beckinsale, Helen Hunt and model Brooke Shields are also into Ingber's yogalosophy.
Ingber’s fitness philosophy consists of five objectives: love your body, set short-term goals, make healthy choices, visualize your best and give and receive support.
She recently published a book about the workout, “Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover.”
