1. Entrants to the competition outlined below must be individual’s ages 18 years or over residing in Nigeria. Organizations are not eligible to enter
2. Each entry must be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the competition, Entrants are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. FOREO reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and the Entrant’s (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).
4. FOREO may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any Entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Entry to this competition is free. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
6. Any entry received after the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or incorrect entries.
7. Entries that contain content that the FOREO, in its sole discretion, considers to be obscene, offensive or inappropriate will not be considered eligible Entries. FOREO will moderate the Entries posted and reserves the right to remove the content of any Entry at its discretion.
8. All Entries become the property of FOREO and cannot be returned. You assign all copyright in your Entry to FOREO. Entrants agree that FOREO may use your Entry and any personal details provided to them for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of FOREO in any media without notice and without any fee being paid to them.
9. FOREO assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
10. FOREO takes no responsibility for any variation in Prize value and the Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. FOREO takes no responsibility for prize winner’s transportation two and from the locations mentioned in the prize package.
12. If winner does not contact FOREO within 3 days of being notified, a new winner will be chosen.
13. Decisions of FOREO are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. If there is any event that prevents or hinders the FOREO’s conduct of the Competition or FOREO’s ability to deliver the prize to the prize winners, FOREO may, in its discretion, cancel the competition and may recommence it at another time under the same or various conditions.
15. FOREO is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition.

18. COMPETITION RULES: ‘SHARE/REPOST OR TWEET AFWN’
18.1 Competition Period: 4th April to 4th May 2014
18.2 All valid entries require the Entrant to ‘LIKE’ the FOREOAFRICA Facebook Page and then ‘SHARE’ the post explaining the ‘FOREO AWFN prize package’ OR ‘FOLLOW’ the @foreoafrica Instagram Page and ‘REPOST’ the image explaining the ‘FOREO AWFN prize package using the hashtag#FOREOHEARTSAWFN OR ‘FOLLOW’ ForeoAfrica on Twitter and ‘RETWEET’ the image explaining the ‘FOREO AWFN prize package using the hashtag #FOREOHEARTSAWFN
18.3 1 winner will be chosen to win the FOREO hearts AFWN prize pack including 2 x front row tickets to the festival, 1 x dinner for two in Victoria Island, Lagos and 1 x hotel stay for two in Victoria Island, Lagos valued at $400.00
18.4 Winners will not be able to choose the seat allocation, hotel or restaurant included in the prize pack
