CASTING CALL: ARE YOU AFWA / sasa?
sasa magazine is an African fashion, culture and arts inspired publication which is
promoted by its affiliate partner, Africa Fashion Week Amsterdam.
We are currently looking for industry standard models within the divisions of; Runway,
editorial and commercial.
We have several upcoming opportunities for Africa Fashion Week Amsterdam as well as
studio and location based photo shoots, for our new magazine sasa.
In addition to these opportunities, we are also currently looking for a dynamic young female
model to embody the energy, diversity and branding of our magazine.
This competition will allow the successful applicant to feature on the magazine cover, along
with a centre page feature fashion editorial spread ´ I am sasa´.
How To Apply:
To apply, please send us an e-mail with your full name and age (over 16 only) Along with
your model statistics below;
o Height
o Hair
o Eyes
o Waist
o Dress
o Chest
o Hips
o Shoes
In addition to this, a 60-120 second video outlining your achievements, experiences,
ambitions (and why you would like to represent us), should be provided.
It would be highly beneficial if you could also provide examples of your current portfolio,
either on social media (Facebook, Instagram) or by high resolution .JPG attachments to your

The final closing date for all applications is on 1st March at 12:00. All successful applicants
will be informed by e-mail no later than Thursday 5th March at 17:00 and should proceed
to our casting offices on Sunday 8th March between 10:00 to 13:00 or 14:00 to 17:00.
