What: Today Quvenzhané Wallis made film history as the youngest black actress to be nominated for an Oscar at 9 years old. So like every other nominated actor this busy awards season, she hit the red carpet at the 18th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards at The Barker Hanger on January 10, 2013 in Santa Monica, California.
Dress: For the occasion Quvenzhané wore David Meister ‘Signature’ pink lace jacquard double shoulder strap dress with a side ribbon flower bow.

As you can see below she hang out with actor Ben Affleck, and film director Steven Spielberg.
Most importantly she took home the award for the ‘Best Young Actor/Actress of the night for her role in ‘Beasts of the Southern Wild’
