ZAINAB’S SULE STYLE @ AMVCA

Nigerian singer Zainab Sule describes herself simply as a girl who would do anything to be different from the rest – simple where others may be flamboyant, and vice versa – someone who pushes herself from within to be extraordinary.
This might probably be the reason why she decided to go traditional at the recently held Africa Magic Viewers choice awards (AMCVA).
While most of the stars were sporting European style inspired evening dresses, Zainab decided to go for a shredded ankara tube dress made by Nigerian designer Ituen Basi. She finished off the look with matching bracelets and necklace.
And no doubt, her choice of outfit made her stand out as she was one of the very few who stayed true to tradition.

Zainab is a singer who holds you spellbound when you watch her on stage. Some say she is a mix of Avril Lavigne and Amy Grant put together.  She is set to take Nigeria by its horns and be an outstanding impact on her generation.
In mid 2012, she released Elixir - with tracks such as 'am not afraid' and 'show some love' getting good airplay on local stations in Abuja.
