Who is MaxPain? Born Lukeman Fadahunsi to a Yoruba family in Lagos, Nigeria; MaxPain discovered at an early age his passion for music would soon lead him to becoming a professional recording artist. “MaxPain” is a combination of two powerful words; Maximum and Pain. Maximum is the final stage of efficiency. Pain describes the adverse conditions he overcame to become who he is. The singer/rapper/co-producer, MaxPain, believes entertainment shouldn't only be hard work, it should simultaneously be fun. His music is a mix of both extremes.
He is currently based in Houston, Texas, which is the Nigerian central, in the United States. With two NPA awards to his name, MaxPain has grazed the stage, both in Nigeria and overseas, alongside many other Nigerian Superstars, Psquare, 9ice, Timaya, Bracket, and Jaywon to name a few.
